All three of them have got a ready accommodation available in the famous Park Hyatt hotel. Already, director Puri Jagannadh is anyway living in Park Hyatt.
According to sources, the man behind all this is T Subbarami Reddy, who owns the hotel. The buzz is that Mahesh has got one year accommodation lease and same is the case with Pawan Kalyan. Bellamkonda Suresh reportedly has 3 accommodations for a span of 1 year.
Buzz is that for this, the three men have paid Rs 20 lakhs for 1 year as a single time occupancy fee. So, they are given the room and it is being used as their office for work related discussions and also for their personal use. This concept by TSR is not only bringing profits to Park Hyatt but also helping in building celebrity brand quotient for the hotel. On the other hand, the Tollywood celebrities are also getting a good budget deal.
