Complaint against Mahesh Babu lodged
Prince Mahesh Babu’s latest commercial Ad for Royal Stag liquor has attracted two of his fans Satish Kumar and Amru Nayak, who believed it is inappropriate for him to encourage the fans to drink alcohol. Hence they have filed a complaint against Mahesh Babu with state Human Rights Commission on yesterday at Nalgonda. They also complain that the commercial Ad has not even carrying the legal warning message of –‘drinking alcohol is injurious to health.’ HRC Chairman Justice Kukru has accepted their complaint and asked DGP Dinesh Reddy to give his report on this issue before June 5th.
However, Mahesh fans from other areas of the state have described it as an attempt to highlight themselves by catching the media attention. They condemns lodging of complaint against their beloved hero and quotes there are number of such commercial Ads played by all the top stars of the film industry.
